1 Introduction

2 Definitions

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to gamble. ab888 employs age verification procedures and will request documentary proof of age — such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — from any Player at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended and balances may be withheld pending resolution.

3.2 Registration

To use the paid features of ab888, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. ab888 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ab888 will close all such accounts, void any associated bets or game rounds, and forfeit any Balances held within them. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support immediately.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

ab888 targets players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. ab888 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ab888 strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

ab888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ab888 immediately by contacting the support team. ab888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ab888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Player's Account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution. ab888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which ab888 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed on the same business day, subject to completion of identity verification. ab888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ab888 does not charge withdrawal fees.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ab888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. Where ab888 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is related to money laundering or other illegal activity, we reserve the right to freeze the relevant Account, withhold withdrawal requests, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players may be required to provide enhanced documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering checks.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ab888 will attempt to notify the Player via the registered email address before applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers issued by ab888 are available to eligible Players only. Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, valid game types, and expiry date. Players must read and accept the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are set out in the specific terms of each promotion. Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Players should review the applicable contribution rates before selecting games to fulfil a wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ab888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, exploiting low-risk or risk-free betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, ab888 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the Player's Account, and withhold any Balance.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ab888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. Cricket betting markets follow standard international sports betting rules. In the event of a discrepancy between general betting rules and the rules applicable to a specific event, the specific event rules will take precedence.

ab888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error has occurred in the published odds or where it is determined that a Player had access to information not available to ab888 at the time the odds were set. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. ab888 accepts no liability for bets placed after an event has commenced where the Platform's live feed has experienced a delay.

8 Responsible Gaming

ab888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may elect to take a break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Player's Account will be temporarily suspended and no deposits or bets may be placed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ab888 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform to gain winnings or credits not legitimately earned. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are fraudulently obtained.

• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any harmful, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication feature of the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ab888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation of such content — is the property of ab888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of ab888. 13 Amendments to These Terms

ab888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ab888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Suspension and Termination

ab888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's Account, and to withhold or forfeit any Balance held within it, where ab888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal behaviour.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ab888.
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the ab888 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification procedures.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ab888 Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. ab888 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably, and Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance before escalating any dispute.
